Job Description
Community Access Unlimited is seeking a qualified Program Director to develop and implement Independent Living Skills curriculum for members. The successful candidate will maintain accurate records, participate in recreational, educational, and vocational programming, ensure a safe environment through counseling, crisis management, and supervision.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience working with people with disabilities and a BA/BS degree in special education, psychology, social work, or a related field. Teacher's certification and experience providing employment support are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Independent Living Skills curriculum for members
- Maintain accurate records
- Participate in recreational, educational, and vocational programming
- Ensure a safe environment through counseling, crisis management, and supervision
- Provide teaching support to youth in Shelter program
Requirements:
- 3 years experience working with people with disabilities
- BA/BS degree in special education, psychology, social work, or related field
- Teacher's certification

Expected Salary:$62,000 - $72,000 per year
