What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Services - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Community Access Unlimited?
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Assist with developing and enhancing CAU’s Behavioral Department to ensure that each member on your caseload will be receiving appropriate individualized curriculum based on the utilization of data that will form the basis of effective methodologies to manage their behavior.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Master’s Degree in Behavioral Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field and BCBA.
JOB TASKS
1. Follow CAU’s Evidence Based Standards for Behavioral Management.
2. Follow Best Behavioral Practices for both Residential and Day Programs.
3. Assist with ensuring Compliance and Quality Assurance in the Behavioral Department.
4. Monitor and analyze all Assessments.
5. Communicate with Administrative Team for all new Clinical Requests.
6. Collaborate with BCBA’s under direct supervision on each case.
7. Monitor Behavioral Data in E.H.R. systems.
8. Assist with the onboarding processes for the Behavioral Department.
9. Cooperate with Agency, legal authorities, and Department of Human Services or any part or successor thereof in any inspection or investigation.
10. Continuously analyze data and implement program changes when needed.
11. Ensures compliance with all required state and federally mandated background and exclusion checks including but not limited to criminal history background investigation (fingerprinting), Central Registry, Child Abuse Record Information (CARI), drug testing, and motor vehicle checks.
12. Ensures compliance with wearing a mask when mandated by State, Federal, and Licensing authorities during a public health crisis/pandemic.
13. Prepare for audits and accreditations.
14. All other duties as assigned.
SHIFT Mon-Fri 9:00AM – 5:00PM Flexibility as needed.
