Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, project management skills, and a solid understanding of HVAC systems. This role involves supervising a team, managing industrial maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all facility operations to ensure optimal performance.
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate schedules for routine inspections and repairs.
- Oversee HVAC systems, ensuring they are functioning efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Fabricate necessary components or systems as required for facility upkeep.
- Collaborate with project management teams to plan facility upgrades or renovations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards within the facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in supervising teams and managing projects effectively.
- Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $61,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
