Community Action Coalition for South Central Wisconsin works to develop the economic and social capacities of individuals, families and communities in Dane, Jefferson, and Waukesha Counties. The Community Development Manager will serve as frontline supervisor for a team of administration staff at CAC and will provide leadership on volunteer management, grant applications, communications and external relations . Their main duties include hiring, onboarding and coaching of staff; supervising a team of 2 staff members; managing a process to review, address, and respond to formal and information feedback, including complaints; assessing community needs and lead implementation of volunteer efforts that directly tie to CAC program and services. This position will serve as organization leaders, implementors, community liaisons, and role models for CAC staff, volunteers and participants.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
