Join the Community Action Council of Lewis, Mason, and Thurston Counties (CACLMT) as our next Director of Finance and make a lasting impact on our community! In this critical leadership role, you’ll oversee accounting, budgeting, and financial management while collaborating with agency leadership to advance strategic initiatives, and support vibrant Services across the three counties we work in. You’ll guide the Finance Team, provide financial insights to the Board of Directors, and work closely with Division leaders to align program budgets with our mission.

As the Director of Finance, you will be a vital member of the Agency Leadership Team, driving financial strategy and helping ensure organizational excellence. You will lead and mentor the Finance Team, oversee budgets, and manage accounting systems in collaboration with division leaders. This is a dynamic role with a large scope including preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting audits. You will also contribute to business operations such as procurement, leases, and inventory management while updating and enforcing financial policies and procedures. Representing the agency to funders, partners, and donors, you will play a key role in advancing our mission and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and long-term financial sustainability.

Position Location: Thurston County Office 3020 Willamette Drive NE, Lacey, WA 98516 Schedule: CACLMT programs follow a 4/10 schedule Monday-Thursday. This position may work some evening and weekends and is eligible for a hybrid schedule.
Salary: The hiring salary range for this position falls between a minimum of $98,357 and a midpoint of $125,905 which is determined based on candidate experience, internal equity considerations, and the current agency funding landscape. At CACLMT, we reserve the salary range above the midpoint for individuals who demonstrate meeting and exceeding expectations and show potential for growth and development. The maximum salary range for this position is $161,169.
