Description
This position is responsible for the Project Life program, all youth initiatives and youth programs administered by the Council; handles day-to-day operations of all youth initiatives and ensures program outcomes and performance is consistent with the Council's policies and procedures and funding source requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in social or behavioral science or related field is required.
Two (2) years of direct management working with youth and team leadership is preferred; two years of experience in human services is required. Experience may be substituted in lieu of the education requirement.
Knowledge of computerized management systems is required. Must have excellent interpersonal relations and customer service skills.
Must have excellent oral and written communicational skills.
Salary : $21 - $23
