YOUR IMPACT AS : Weatherization Workforce Manager
As a Community Programs Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind program innovation and execution. From researching industry trends to developing strategies for food access, you'll design, pilot, and launch new initiatives.
Day-to-day, you'll coordinate food ordering and packing events, collaborate with volunteers, and lead distribution efforts.
Your role involves evaluating programs for effectiveness, refining practices, and making data-driven decisions to strengthen our outreach.
You'll also build and maintain lasting community partnerships to ensure our programs remain sustainable and impactful in the fight against hunger.
Your work will directly influence the expansion and success of essential food programs, helping us reach and empower more people every day.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL :
To excel as a Community Programs Coordinator, you'll need exceptional communication and collaboration skills. You must possess the ability to connect effectively with diverse community partners, conduct presentations, and provide clear updates on program progress.
Strong organization and project management abilities are also crucial, as you'll oversee multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and manage event planning, distribution schedules, and various administrative duties.
Research and analytical skills will help you stay updated on food security innovations and regulatory requirements, enabling you to evaluate program success and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills are key to navigating program challenges with creativity and finding effective solutions to food access issues.
Technical proficiency is required and experience with software for inventory management and reporting is a plus!
