Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency or equivalent experience
- Commitment to growing within a dynamic and complex non-profit organization
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of design principles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc), Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc), and other relevant tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts and ideas
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take constructive feedback to improve designs while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated professionalism and a high level of integrity in all interactions
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions
- Enthusiastic about contributing to a positive and supportive organizational culture
- Willingness to work irregular hours occasionally and travel (regionally) as needed
