Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Experience: A minimum of 12 college-level units in child development or a related field, 6 of the units specific to Infant/Toddlers, and an Associate Teacher Permit or CDA credential. (If you qualify for a permit but don’t have one yet, we can assist you in obtaining it.) Please include the number of ECE units you have in your application so we don’t overlook your qualifications.
- Skills & Knowledge: A deep understanding of child development, equity, and inclusion. Bilingual skills in English/Spanish are a plus!
- Professionalism & Kindness: A team player with a positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to supporting children and families with empathy and respect.
