Position Overview: As a Teacher Assistant, you'll work closely with children and families, creating a supportive, welcoming environment where children can thrive. Your role will include developing routines and implementing curriculum that supports the cognitive, physical, emotional, and social development of preschoolers, infants, and toddlers. You'll also collaborate with a dedicated team to provide positive guidance, maintain classroom safety, and encourage a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children in your care.
- Implement creative, developmentally appropriate activities and routines.

Qualifications
What You Bring:
- A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their growth.
- At least 6 ECE units in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
- Experience in a group setting with children under 5 is a plus.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a bonus.
- A strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and creating a diverse learning environment.
- Basic math and communication skills, with the ability to complete reports and manage portions for meal prep.
