- PURPOSE AND SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Achieve performance goals established with the guidance of the ACT Manager.
- Developing and implementing current evidence-based topics within club activities.
- Assisting the Club Health Educator in planning, developing activities, preparing documentation, and implementing our pilot program of three after-school clubs. The clubs will meet weekly, with 10-12 students per club, to address a health topic, create presentations for peers and the community, and enhance knowledge and basic life skills needed to become healthy, successful young adults.
- Analyze data from surveys and reports to identify trends or opportunities for improvement.
- Be able to work closely with Health educators to develop creative implementation of the C2 program.
Range = $15/hr ' $18/hr
