SUMMARY: Implements and supervises the operation of the Head Start Program Service Area for Nutrition. Ensures that delivery of services complies with all the pertinent regulations and Performance Standards. Plans, coordinates, monitors, trains, and implements nutrition services for all Head Start participants. Develops, presents, and ensures implementation of training programs for staff, parents, and volunteers. Manages and implements a record-keeping system which will assure the achievement of program outcomes.
