SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Chief Facilities and Technology Officer, the Information Technology (IT) Administrator will be responsible for working with CAPK leaders and other key technology stakeholders to understand and address the organization’s IT needs and create a roadmap that will help the organization execute its strategic plan This includes managing the upgrade and installation of new hardware and software, perform troubleshooting to address any problems with computer systems, create and manage the use of backup and retrieval systems, and assess viruses and potential threats to the agency network.
