Early Head Start Teacher Jamison
The CAPNEMO Head Start Program announces a vacancy for an Early Head Start Teacher at our Jamison site. This is a full-time position/ful/ year position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include planning daily schedule and weekly plan, supporting the program's goals of the learning environment, assessment and individualization, health and safety, parent/family involvement, record keeping, and volunteers and community involvement (other duties may be assigned).
Education/experience: At least one of the following: 1) an associate degree in early childhood education, or a field related to early childhood education and coursework equivalent to a major relating to early childhood education (15 credit hours) with experience teaching preschool-age children; or 2) a Child Development Associate(CDA) credential.
Must pass a Child and Elder Care Worker screening, provide proof of a yearly physical exam and TB test, and participate in all required training. Must maintain current First Aid and CPR certification. Must maintain a valid Class "F" driver's license, have reliable transportation, and meet Missouri automobile liability minimum requirements.
