This role involves both heavy and light cleaning duties, operating motor-driven and electrical equipment, and performing various facilities-related tasks to support CAPSLO's mission. - Has a minimum of six months of experience in a related role.
- Has dependable, insured transportation and a valid California Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
- Maintain the cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of center buildings.
- Clean and maintain equipment and tools used on the job.
- Purchase, inventory, and organize cleaning supplies.
- Keep the supply room neat and organized.
- Clean all surfaces, wash windows, sweep, vacuum, mop, wax floors, shampoo rugs, empty trash, sanitize toilets and sinks, change light bulbs, and paint as needed.
- Pick up and dispose of trash and debris.
- Follow all applicable safety rules and practices to ensure the safety of yourself, colleagues, clients, and children.
