As a Data Analyst/Program Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to the Family and Community Support Services’ Teaching Together Home Visiting (TTHV) program. This position supports CAPSLO’s mission by providing support to the Family and Community Support Services staff, who work with clients and help them achieve self-sufficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Five years of experience in office management and clerical duties, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating spreadsheets and tracking data.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish not required, but a plus!
- Provide administrative and data support to the TTHV program.
- Ensure programs follow curriculum guidelines and capture quality data.
- Enter intakes and programmatic file information into ClientTrack and other related software.
- Maintain organized client files and complete follow-up surveys.
- Compile and record statistical data for reports.
- Support the TTHV team with clerical tasks, including word processing, data entry, filing, and tracking information.
- Screen and direct telephone calls.
- Maintain supplies and track program-related bills.
- Assist with coordinating TTHV activities and preparing materials.
- Provide logistical arrangements for meetings and activities.
- Distribute information, letters, and memos to program management and staff.
- Attend staff meetings, conferences, and workshops as required.
- Adhere to all applicable safety rules and practices.
- Must be able to relate well to all people of the community regardless of color, national origin, religion, sex, pregnancy, age, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, disability or socio-economic level.
- Must be at least 18 years of age by date of hire.
- Must comply with the CAPSLO COVID-19 Vaccination Policy, either being fully vaccinated or sign a COVID-19 vaccination declination form.
- Based on the program, a current TB skin test/Chest X-Ray may be required.
- Employment is contingent upon meeting all applicable job requirements and background requirements. A criminal history clearance is required prior to employment.
- Upon hire, agency staff will check the Megan’s Law (or the current sexual predator website) to ensure each staff being hired is clear for employment. Agency staff will check the website annually to ensure all program staff are cleared to work.
