BASIC FUNCTION: Maintain and monitor the upkeep and cleaning of specified CAPE facilities by performing tasks such as, but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and/or damp mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and removal of trash daily.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Pass required drug screens and criminal history checks including national fingerprinting.
· Responsible and hard working.
· Bilingual/Spanish a plus.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull and push.
· Repetitive motion involved on daily basis may include, but not be limited to bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing and squatting.
· Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
· Perform all tasks within proper safety and company guidelines as directed.
· Sweep and/or vacuum all public areas including but not limited to Board Rooms, Break Rooms, Classrooms, Hallways, Entrances and Exits.
· Clean entire restroom utilizing disinfectants and bathroom cleaners, remove trash, clean fixtures, mirrors and dispensers, sweep and/or wet mop floors.
· Perform all other duties as assigned.
