CAP is seeking an ATI (Alternatives to Incarceration) Employment Services Case Manager. The ATI Employment Services Case Manager will coordinate employment opportunities, deliver Cognitive Behavioral Interventions and other support services for individuals at moderate or high risk of recidivism, as well as provide appropriate employment services to assist the job seeker with obtaining and sustaining employment
Associates degree in Criminal Justice or Human Services required. Two years experience in case management to low-income individuals and individuals with barriers to employment as well as experience with providing services to individuals on parole/probation required. Must have reliable transportation and a valid NYS driver's license.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a pay rate of $19.55/hr, scheduled 35 hours/wk.
