What are the responsibilities and job description for the Volunteer Transportation Driver position at Community Action Programs Cayuga/Seneca (CAP)?
Community Action Programs Cayuga/Seneca (CAP) is currently recruiting VOLUNTEERS with their own vehicle to drive for our Transportation Services Driver program.
This program is designed to provide rides to and from medical appointments for ambulatory clients, as well as: employment sites, job interviews, college classes, training and workforce development programs and meetings, for people residing in Cayuga or Seneca County's for clients who have no vehicle to transport themselves. Travel may entail local trips as well as trips to Syracuse, Canandaigua, and Rochester. Volunteers will be reimbursed the current federal mileage reimbursement rate from door to door.
