Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Front Desk Receptionist/Concierge. The Lead Front Desk Receptionist/Concierge will be responsible for managing front desk tasks such as answering phone calls, performing clerical duties, providing administrative support to property management teams as needed, and providing excellent customer service. The Lead Front Desk Receptionist/Concierge will also be responsible for greeting guests, emailing or providing residents with any necessary documents, forms or applications, and handling resident complaints and concerns. - Execute exceptional, high-end customer service by answering phone calls, scheduling, rebooking, and educating residents on the benefits of local activities, services, and general information.
- Manage phones, emails, and intra-office communications.
- Perform day-to-day tasks using Yardi software.
- Provide administrative support to property management teams as needed.
- Anticipate resident needs to accommodate them and help provide an exceptional experience.
- Knowledge of all resident buildings, policies, procedures, and local events.
- Greet residents and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome.
- Strategically problem solve, anticipate, and identify any on-site issues that may arise.
- Address resident concerns and issues following the company's customer service standards.
- Perform a variety of concierge and front desk tasks commensurate with a luxury residential property
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Candidate should have at least 2-3 years of exceptional hospitality skills working in the field of residential properties.
- Skilled in various tech applications and software.
- Familiar with Yardi software is a plus.
- Service oriented and advanced problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
