What are the responsibilities and job description for the Overnight Treatment Specialist- Residential Substance Use position at Community and Family Resources?
Community & Family Resources is an organization committed to providing comprehensive substance abuse and behavioral health services. We are currently seeking part-time Treatment Specialists in Des Moines to work directly with adults within our residential treatment program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitor and document patient behavior, facilitate patient activities, and coordinate treatment with counseling staff
• Complete admissions paperwork and conduct initial patient orientation
• Update patient electronic records with status changes, progress notes, and reports
• Facilitate groups using approved curriculum
Schedule:
The schedule for this position is evenings:
• Full-Time: Tuesday-Saturday (11pm-7am) or Sunday-Thursday (11pm-7am)
Requirements:
Community & Family Resources values employees that have both personal and/or professional experiences with recovery. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and competent computer skills. Preferred candidates will have experience or continued education in a human services or related field.
Salary and Benefits:
Base pay for this position is $17.00/hour including a shift differential. Candidate’s pay will be commensurate with experience and education.
