Position: Case Manager
Community and Family Services Foundation (CFSF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to foster parents and the abused and neglected children they serve. Our Mission is to provide opportunity for every child to achieve permanency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Social Services or related field; 1-2 years field experience preferred
- Knowledge of WACs and minimum licensing requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Reliable transportation and appropriate level of auto liability insurance
- Ability to pass and criminal background check and clean driving record
Job Description:
- Establishes and maintains open communication with all DCYF staff, CFSF staff, foster families and biological parents and children in care
- Complete necessary reporting, maintains client records, and document all meetings and contacts
- Maintains a good working relationship with foster parents, clients and CFSF employees
- Complete 30 hours of training per year related to clients, case management and social work
- Manage a case load of no more than 25 children
- Act as a main support to our foster families
- Act as a liaison between foster families and DCYF workers.
- Complete home visits, implement a trauma informed care approach and attend weekly clinical oversight meetings
