Community Health Services (CHS) is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine Physician to join our team, providing both leadership and clinical care within our office/clinic setting. In this role, you will supervise and mentor a diverse group of healthcare providers, including physicians and advanced practitioners, guiding them in best practices while monitoring and evaluating their clinical performance. You will also be instrumental in troubleshooting daily operational challenges and implementing the strategic goals of our organization. As part of the administrative team, you will not only lead but also engage directly with patients, diagnosing and treating illnesses in adult and geriatric populations, conducting appointments and exams, performing minor medical procedures and testing, and prescribing medications.
To be successful in this position, candidates must be Board-Certified with an active Ohio License and have a minimum of three years clinical experience. The ideal candidate must have the ability to navigate the complexities of managing a busy ambulatory practice. As a member of the administrative team, the physician will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and implementing clinical policies and protocols, evaluating provider productivity and quality benchmarks, overseeing provider scheduling, and participating in management, medical staff, and Board meetings. This physician will be working out of our Main office, located at 2221 Hayes Avenue, Fremont, Ohio, 43420. Office hours are Monday through Friday with no weekends or Holidays.
