Facilitator

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding individuals through fostering a supportive environment for maintaining, personal growth, and healing. This position requires a strong understanding of individuals with disabilities as well as experience in direct support. The Facilitator will work closely with beneficiaries to address their unique needs, particularly those dealing with PTSD and other mental health challenges.

Duties

• Managing all medical responsibilities for the individuals in your case load including, but not limited to the following: Attending appointments, and updating files
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide support, ensuring beneficiary's have access to necessary resources and services.
• Communicate with individuals in the case load regarding activities.
• Shopping and keeping inventory.
• On call

Requirements

• Some computer skills.
• Strong background in direct support or medical records.
• Experience working with individuals facing PTSD or other mental health challenges is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Christian counseling principles is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to provide direct support with compassion and understanding.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
• Registered Vehicle, Valid license and Vehicle insurance.
