Community Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team!
Are you a people-person who loves animals? Were looking for a friendly, compassionate, and organized Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face of our veterinary hospital!
Ideal candidates will have previous experience in customer service or an administrative rolepreferably in a veterinary or healthcare settingand bring exemplary customer service skills to every interaction. Youll be the bridge between our clients and our medical team, so excellent verbal and written communication is a must.
Our hospital moves fast, and we need someone who can multitask like a pro, prioritize tasks on the fly, and keep a calm and positive attitude throughout the day. We value a true team playersomeone whos always ready to jump in and support coworkers whenever needed.
If youve got empathy for both pets and people, a basic understanding of pet care, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtimewe want to meet you!

This is a flexible, full-time, or part-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Saturday, with rotating or intermittent holidays as needed.

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
- 3 years of client service experience
- Previous veterinary experience is required
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Empathy towards animals
- Understanding of basic pet care principles.
