Duties

- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk, providing a welcoming environment.
- Answer phone calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
- Utilize Google Suite applications for document creation, spreadsheet management, and presentation preparation.
Experience
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred but not mandatory.
