Description
CAMS (Community Association Management Services) local HOA Management firm is in search of a full-time Administrative Assistant (Assistant Community Manager) to assist in the management of an on-site community located in Durham, NC 27703.
The position is full-time with some evenings and weekends as needed.
Pay Rate: 18.00 hourly
Responsibilities
- Assist the Community Manager in all aspects of the job
- Greet, welcome and direct homeowners that come into the office/clubhouse
- Provide administrative support. ***Must be proficient in software usage/technology
- Assist with communication to community board of directors
- Schedule and prepare and attend regular board meetings. Take meeting minutes at the board meetings.
- Maintain communication with homeowners
- Prepare homeowner packets
- Sell real estate signs and monitor inventory
- Maintain the community owner website
- Respond to homeowner needs
- Assist in the analysis of monthly financial reports, learn to create variance reports for the boards of directors
- Contribute to monthly management reports
- Contact vendors for community maintenance and special projects
- Other items as needed and assigned
