The Accounting Division Head / Controller will oversee the management and oversight of the accounting team, month-end closing, financial statement review, and audits. This position will also assist with streamlining accounting processes, improving financial reporting, and perform advanced accounting tasks. Responsible for excellent communication between the accounting team, operations, and ownership.
Responsibilities include:
· Client based accounting and reporting
· Supervising a team of accountants
· Drive performance and develop talent
· Execute accounting department initiatives and projects
· Ensure compliance with third-party client accounting policies and procedures
· Facilitate monthly generation of client financials

Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting
· 8 years or more of related accounting experience required
· 3 years of hands-on managerial experience required
· CPA preferred
