Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our residential properties. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, record keeping, rules & regulations, and general maintenance and upkeep. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to property management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing property operations, including community relations and property maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and organized records for property owners.
- Process annual access requests to gated community.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with rules & regulations governing landscaping, home maintenance requirements, on-street parking, architectural and landscape changes, and traffic safety.
- General maintenance and upkeep of common areas including lighting, gates, and pet waste stations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Knowledge of property maintenance processes and best practices.
- Proficient in computer skills and data entry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Hours
- Thursday and Friday - 2pm to 7pm
- Saturday - between 9 am and 5 pm (5 hours)
- Sunday - between 9 am and 5 pm (5 hours)
