We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HOA Manager to oversee the operations of a portfolio of homeowners' associations. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the homeowner associations, ensuring compliance with community rules and regulations.
- Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs or improvements as necessary.
- Utilize property management software such as Caliber, Front Steps, and AVID for data entry, record keeping, and reporting.
- Conduct regular inspections of the community to identify maintenance needs and ensure adherence to standards.
- Facilitate communication between residents, board members, and service providers to address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting for the association.
- Handle legal matters related to the HOA, ensuring compliance with applicable laws
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or a similar role, preferably within a homeowners' association setting.
- CMCA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in property management software systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws governing homeowners' associations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
