As a Social Worker in our long-term care facility, you will have the incredible opportunity to provide vital social work services to our residents. Your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional support to both residents and their families, helping them navigate and ensuring their overall well-being.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
- Attention to detail: Strong observational and analytical skills to assess the needs of our residents accurately.
- Effective communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact compassionately and efficiently with residents, families, and fellow team members.
- Critical thinking: The ability to exercise independent judgment and apply your social work skills in a variety of situations
