Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Behavior Technicians assist in addressing challenging behaviors. Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals. 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.
