Behavior Support Aide
Position Summary : We are URGENTLY hiring passionate and responsible Behavior Support Aides (which includes anyone who has had previous experience as a : behavior technician, behavior therapist, aba therapist, behavior interventionist, behavior coach, behavior assistant, behavior support specialist, behavior consultant, SPED aide, special education aide) to join our team at our Oxnard , CA office! The ideal candidate will be dedicated to the well-being and development of children, ensuring their safety, and promoting their social, emotional, and behavioral growth. Pay : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Qualifications :
- High school diploma or higher degree
- Previous experience in childcare, special education, or a related field is preferred
- Must be open to school and home cases in order to build a full-time schedule
- Able to commute up to 5-15 miles or 30-45 minutes
- Experience with severe cases required for 2 : 1 caseloads
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Patience, empathy, and a passion to work with children!
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
