Job Title : Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location : New Bedford, MA

We are a leading provider of behavioral services to children with autism.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BCBA to join our team at our New Bedford, MA center. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional behavioral services to children with autism and helping us achieve our mission of transforming lives together.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide interventions to children between the ages of 2 to 6 in our center.
  • Conduct parent education and behavioral assessments.
  • Design ABA programs for children with autism.
  • Supervise and train ABA Registered Behavior Technicians.
  • Support staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification.

Requirements :

  • Possess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Willingness to obtain a Massachusetts license (LABA).
  • Previous experience in supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • MA driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole is a plus.
