Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a Full-Time BCBA in Wakefield, MA, and surrounding areas to provide exceptional behavioral services to children with autism.

Responsibilities :

  • Consult with school staff to develop and implement ABA services
  • Create and modify ABA programs based on IEP goals and client progress
  • Analyze data to inform programming decisions and adjust as needed
  • Provide training and support to staff to ensure high-quality services
  • Offer supervision for BCBA / RBT certification to ensure compliance and excellence

    • Requirements :

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Willingness to obtain Massachusetts licensure (LABA)
  • 2-5 years of experience working with children with autism
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Valid MA driver's license
  • Bilingual Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole proficiency is a plus
