Job Duties
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering direct intervention in home, school, and community settings.
Conducting parent/caregiver education and functional behavior assessments.
Creating ABA programs tailored for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
Employing evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions.
Collecting behavioral data, completing progress notes, and handling case management.
Offering clinical direction, training, and support to Community Autism Services (CAS) ABA Behavior Technicians.
Providing supervised, professional experience to Community Autism Services (CAS) staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
An active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Flexibility to work with combined home, school, and center caseloads.
Strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, and leadership skills.
Previous experience in supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
A commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment.
A valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
