Global Trust Company (GTC) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Vice President (SVP) of Intermediary Distribution to lead our intermediary distribution strategy and execution. This position is crucial for expanding our reach and enhancing relationships with financial intermediaries, including brokers, advisors, and institutional partners. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in intermediary distribution within the financial services sector.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive intermediary distribution strategy to drive growth and market penetration for GTC’s products and services.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key intermediary partners, ensuring alignment of objectives and maximizing distribution opportunities.
- Market Development: Identify and evaluate new intermediary channels and opportunities for expansion, leveraging market insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling materials, training programs, and resources that support intermediary partners in promoting GTC’s offerings.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor performance metrics for intermediary distribution, analyzing results to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including compliance, operations, and investment management to ensure seamless execution of intermediary programs and initiatives.
- Industry Representation: Represent GTC at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events, enhancing the company’s visibility and reputation among intermediaries.
- Team Leadership: Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
- Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely manner
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10 years of experience in intermediary distribution, business development, or related roles within the financial services industry.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful distribution strategies that drive sales and growth.
- Strong understanding of private pooled funds - collective investment funds and LLCs.
- Strong understanding of the intermediary landscape, including trends, challenges, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving performance.
