Position Summary :

The Sr. USDA Servicing Specialist is primarily responsible for servicing USDA Guaranteed commercial loan portfolios in accordance with current USDA and banking regulations.

Job Duties / Responsibilities :

• Maintain excellent customer service and must be able to handle a wide range of telephone initiated and electronic and / or written inquiries / concerns.
• Sustain the workflow of the servicing department, including the accounting of commercial loans, review of transactions, training, and employee relations.
• Ensure timely delivery of semi-annual and annual USDA reporting and reports.
• Serve as primary point of contact between PHX and FICS for testing of upgrades to core system as well as testing for requests of custom programs for system enhancements.
• Ensure timely delivery of monthly billing statements to borrowers
• Other duties as assigned
