What are the responsibilities and job description for the BCBA-- Full Time-- Anticipated February Opening position at Community Behavior Consulting?
Our team is looking for a BCBA to help facilitate our growing Alternative Learning Program with students aged 6 to 17. At Community Behavior Consulting, our BCBAs are a part of a team that focuses on a positive community, staff development, and innovative approaches to make the world a better place. As such, we offer salaries with benefits that include 15 paid holidays, 4 staff training days, 2 weeks of PTO, and complementary attendance at state and national conferences. Our extremely low staff turnover allows us to focus on analysis for our clients. We arrange the contingencies so that you are not paid by the hour, as there is ample research to show that this contributes to staff burn-out and the lack or work-life balance because BCBAs are prioritizing billing over all other aspects of the work.
