Essential responsibilities:
Behavior technicians implement the plan developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We offer full time opportunities to ensure our behavior technicians have all the support they need. Part time opportunities available. Behavior technicians are viewed as the backbone of ABA treatment and are offered a seat at the table for all treatment planning
Part time work between 15-25 hours a week. Full time work between 33 to 38 hours a week. Salary options will paid holidays available after 90 days.
Location: Mahoning County
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children. Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with developmental disabilities preferred.
- : Completion of 60 hours of coursework from an accredited university or completion of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential. Substitutions of this requirement may be determined by the Director.
- : Bachelor’s in Education, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech and Hearing Services, or a related field.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
