Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various clinical settings and possess a strong passion for patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse or physician
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and assist in developing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Conduct venipuncture and IV infusions
- Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to healthcare providers
- Assist with occupational health and infection control procedures
- Administer treatments as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in clinics, ICUs, and PICUs
Requirements
- Current LVN license in the state of practice
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Experience in clinic, or behavioral health settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation and patient care techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
