Position Description
The Communication and Marketing Coordinator uses creative and communication arts to communicate the mission and voice of Community Bible Study, invite people into community, and inspire life change when they study the Bible together.
Responsibilities
Manage audience pathways and deliver communications throughout the engagement process.
Work with Global and MSC teams to orchestrate creative design requests and create resources to empower global volunteers to communicate with their communities.
Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to develop creative marketing strategies, fusing phygital content and experiences.
Maintain a monthly email newsletter that engages at least 60,000 active users with at least a 35% open rate and 2% click-through rate.
Works with the Communication and Marketing Director to organize, track, and analyze statistics to tell and celebrate stories.
Use existing creative content to design unique social media posts, email content, blog posts, etc.
Work with the Communication and Marketing Director to build and employ digital media strategy and uphold brand excellence across all digital platforms (social media, blog, website, etc.) and achieve a 15% growth in engagement per quarter.
Work with the Communication and Marketing Director to execute and provide regular surveys and data sets from within CBS and target communities to inform ministry and communication strategies.
Works with global vendors and MSC teams to orchestrate creative design requests and create resources to empower global volunteers to communicate with their communities.
Assist MSC Teams, filmmakers, and global volunteers with graphic and film elements as needed.
Perform a digital monthly comb-through for outdated information/broken links/etc.

Work Location: CBS Ministry Service Center, Colorado Springs, Colorado
Periodic overnight travel inside the United States
Occasional travel outside the United States may be required
Must reside and work in the U.S.
Must have a valid passport
Starting Salary Range
Salary range: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
