Job Summary
The Program Assistant works with a multidisciplinary team to organize, coordinate, and monitor all clinical operations including managing medical records, maintaining meeting records, and providing receptionist activities; including triaging calls and coordinating communication between the team and the individual. The Program Assistant will manage court coordination related to court ordered treatment or evaluation.

Education and Experience Required
- Highschool Diploma or GED required. Associates Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
- 1 or more years of clerical and/or administrative experience is preferred.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
