What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Service Worker (DSW) position at Community Bridges South, Inc.?
Community Bridges South is a community resource center that provides 24-hour care to adults with intellectual disabilities. We have 14 group homes; 2 in the Shreveport area, 3 in the Winnfield area, and 9 in the Ruston area. Additionally, we provide in home support to those with intellectual disabilities and elderly adults in the Ruston area. Community Bridges is currently seeking applicants for our Direct Service Positions. We have Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN (as needed) positions as well as Day Shift, Evening Shift, and Overnight Shift positions. Requirements:
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Must have transportation to and from work
- Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Will receive on-site training for daily responsibilities.
