Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Crew member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for all occupants.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and carpentry
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Repair equipment and appliances as needed
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Ensure vehicle maintenance
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $10.50 - $20.00 per hour
