Community Care Center, Inc. located in Stuart, Iowa is an independent skilled nursing facility and assisted living overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors from our community and surrounding area. The primary goal of the Community Care Center & The Willows is to provide our residents & tenants a consistent quality of care that optimizes the residents’ and tenants’ highest level of functioning.
Charge Nurse responsibilities are to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by certified nursing assistants. Such services and supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
