About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and serving of meals to our residents. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service preferred
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to work as a team member
- Relate positively to residents and families
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification as a Dietary Aide
- Experience working in an assisted living facility
- Knowledge of infection control procedures
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents
