About the Role :
Bel Oak of Union is seeking a highly qualified Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our facility. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care and that our facility is in compliance with all state and federal regulations. You will work closely with our nursing staff, medical professionals, and administrative team to ensure that our facility runs smoothly and efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Current Nursing Home Administrator license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
