About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DONRN to join our team. As a DONRN, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest level of patient care. You will be expected to lead by example and provide guidance and support to the nursing team. Minimum Qualifications :
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
