Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily and deep cleaning tasks to maintain high sanitation standards
Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and shampooers
Follow infection control and safety protocols, including PPE usage
Maintain a respectful and caring approach to residents and staff
Assist with waste disposal, linen distribution, and supply delivery
Qualifications:
✔ High school diploma or GED preferred
✔ Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
✔ Basic math skills
✔ Previous long-term care experience is a plus
✔ Ability to work in a physically active role, including bending, lifting, and moving furniture
